Any appointment RESCHEDULED within 7 days of the appointment, may be charged a $150 rescheduling fee.

Any appointment RESCHEDULED within 72 hours of the appointment, may be charged a $300 rescheduling fee.

Any appointment CANCELED within 7 days of the appointment, may be charged 50% of their appointment's value.

Any appointment CANCELED within 72 hours of the appointment, may be charged 75% of their appointment's value.
